Full Time Customer Service/ Inside Sales for Granite Showroom:
Position requires working one on one with customers, strong phones skills, organization, paperwork, follow up, strong communication skills and a great attitude. This position has the primary responsibility to introduce and educate natural stone and quartz products to customers to ensure they are getting the material they want at the price point they want. Must be comfortable working indoors as well as out and in all elements. Also requires walking stone yard with customers.

Hours would be Mon- Fri 8:00- 4:30 and must be willing to work one Saturday a month (9-4pm).
Natural stone and design experience preferred but not necessary, we will train the right person with the right attitude.
​Must have a professional presentation for our showroom.

Benefits include
$35k -$40K depending on experience. Will review in 90 days.

Family owned and operated kitchen & bath showrooms looking to grow our team with the addition of a Design Assistant. We are a tight-knit and driven group with diverse backgrounds and are seeking someone with similar energy, passion and drive. We work directly with vendors, designers, architects, contractors and homeowners to complete turn-key remodels, award winning designs and facilitate sales.

We're interested in someone motivated and driven who is passionate about design and customer service. Residential CAD experience is necessary, Chief Architect is an advantage. Our product/service offerings are unique, custom and specific so applicants must be highly organized and be team oriented. As a Design Assistant you will work out of multiple showroom locations, as well as accompany Designers on appointments 2/3/2021 -  in clients homes and in other showrooms/job sites. Duties will consist of assisting our design staff with finalizing plans, materials selection, bidding and day-to-day operations. Showroom Salespeople provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers. As a Showroom Salesperson with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
  • Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
  • Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers
  • Meeting or exceed monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets
  • Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed
All interested applicants must possess: 
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years in customer service and sales
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
Our ideal candidate will also: 
  • A comprehensive knowledge of product

Sales & Customer Service Position
Elite Cabinetry & Granite ​

Small Denver countertop and cabinet retail store is seeking an energetic, sales-oriented individual for a cabinet and countertop sales & customer service position in our Denver showroom.

Elite Cabinetry & Granite is a privately held company that is aggressively growing with plans for expansion to multiple locations in the future. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground level of a dynamic company that is experiencing explosive growth. Retail sales experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass a criminal background check required. Knowledge of cabinets and countertop fabrication preferred. Must be outgoing, detailed oriented, and a quick learner. Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week including every Saturday and certain holidays. Starting pay is between $15.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience; plus the ability to earn up to an additional $1,000/month through sales commissions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·       Assist in-person, email and phone customers in determining order requirements or services for countertops, backslashes, sinks, and faucets.
·       Quote prices and credit terms, and prepares detailed sales estimate for customers including materials, installation, tear out, pluming and other items.
·       Presents accurate and informative product and material knowledge to customers; sets customers installation and product expectations, timelines, and requirements.
·       Accurately records and maintains customer contact information and details; and regularly follows up on leads and estimates.
·       Creates and distributes accurate work orders for installation crews.
·       Purchase and order materials including stone, faucets, and sinks and ensures timely delivery.
·       Review job orders with customers and schedules measurements and installation with customers and installation crews.
·       Troubleshoots and quickly resolves routine customer issues/questions with limited direction; escalates issues as necessary.
·       Collects accurate and timely payment from customers; and records/tracks payment information.
·       Reviews invoices from suppliers and installers for accuracy and approves for payment.
·       Ensures customer satisfaction with job completion and sends thank you cards.
·       Manages outside remnant program.
·       Provides top level customer service by consistent follow through and meeting commitments and expectations to customers, installers, and suppliers.
·       Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
